Close to the city Nearby coffee shops, markets, river

Overpriced due to the concert demand and the facilities should be more cleaner especially bathroom - carpets were dirty, rust and mold in the shower, tv remote dirty, back side of the bed shows wearing. The window blind only goes down halfway. The owner was kind and commendable but for that money, the apartment should be much tidier, i.e. cleaner
