Perfect location, good neighbourhood, very kind host.

Great accommodations! Apartment was just like the photos. Clean, bright, and it has updated appliances. Sasa’s was also super warm and friendly, and there was great communication throughout.

We loved EVERYTHING! Only positive emotions!!!✨ Apartment has everything you may need: coffee, tea, kitchen utensils, even oil, salt and pepper 😍 As well in bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, and many other small things if you forget something! Very clean, good wifi, a lot of TV channels.... I have no words to describe our stay, Sasha and his son Lazarus are amazing! If you travel to Banja Luka, don't miss that chance! ☝️ (We stayed in November and apartment is very warm and cozy)

Dealing with the owner was so near all the time, for any question of doubt, he was there. And obviously the appartment was gorgeous and cozy and well located.

Apartment is perfect, big and very well equipped. There is everything what travellers needs. Very good localization. The owner is nice and helpful. We recommend it.

- Perfect location: it's close to most things of tourist interest. You can go everywhere by feet. - Very clean and spacious apartment (ideal for families), we loved that, because is a better choice than an hotel. - The owner has a very well-equipped apartment, with a dishwasher, washing machine, etc., which is greatly appreciated if you have been away for a long time. - Very quiet, clean and safe residential area. With a lot of parking area. I will recommend this apartment to everyone who is going to visit Banja Luka. You must choose this apartment, it's amazing, even better than the photos, and the owner is an amazing person, he made our stay very very pleasant, he is very attentive and helps you with everything you need. He gave us many tips as a tour guide, and alternative activities when the weather was bad. In Bosnia, in general, the owners are very attentive, but none like Saša. Of course, if one day we return to Banja Luka, it is the only place we would stay.
