Signature Designers Appartment

The location was close to Brussels Mide train station which is a major public transportation junction in the city. That is the only good thing, I can say about the apartement.

The building itself needs maintenance. On the way up there was a windoww, where you can see garbage ouside. There was a thrown out babybed on the corridor next to the apartement door. The apartment absolutely did not met our expectations, so we left right away. The kitchen had very limited equipment, there was not a TV, the apatment looked not completely kleen. The builing's other inhabitants seemed suspicious. I would not like to leave my family there for a single night, neither our belongings. Luckily, we have found a nearby suitable hotel where we stayed the whole week. We have arrived at late evening, but left immediately as we managed to found a suitable alternative. There is absolutely no refund despite we handed over the keys next day (we had 8 nights reservations :-( ). Bad exparience all-in-all. This kind of facility should not be listed at booking.com - it devalue your image and brand!

Very disappointing we have to wait one hour with my little kids on footpath of main Road.was not answering phone calls and text messages.After half an hour of horrific time of waiting someone picked call and said u have to wait we have so many properties and the person is checking inn somewhere else.Finally key holder start messages I am stuck in traffic and stopped by police etc.

The overall bad and disgusting condition of flat.U got very bad smell as soon as u entered the main gate.Non professional attitude from manangment while we were waiting on footpath with kids not helping the suitation nor answering the phone calls.

Horrible location, we booked for 3 nights but left the very next day. Location was shady. Saw a theft right in front of us. Would never stay in that location

It was a very noizy place and difficolt to sleep.

My recent experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The photos provided on the website were a far cry from the reality of the accommodation. Attempts to contact the owner to address these issues were futile. Our calls went unanswered, leaving us stranded with no assistance. We were left with no choice but to seek alternative accommodation, resulting in additional expenses and inconvenience. We left the key in the apartment and informed the one responsible for the key. After our trip, we reached out to the owner to express our concerns and seek a resolution. However, instead of acknowledging their shortcomings, they shifted the blame onto us and failed to even acknowledge our complaint. Their lack of accountability and customer service is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking with unless you're prepared for a subpar experience and lack of support from the owner. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for accommodations that value honesty and customer service.
