Rustig gelegen.

Het appartement was alles wat ik nodig had. Ruim genoeg en kort bij het centrum. De garage in de buurt was ook heel handig. Zou het opnieuw huren als het nodig zou zijn.

De keukenkasten konden iets properder zijn. Het was heel warm in het appartement en aangezien er een cafe bij de buren is, kan je het schuifraam niet open laten als je vroeg wil gaan slapen. En nee, de temperatuur was niet de schuld van de eigenaars.

En plus l’immeuble manque d’insonorisation ! La terrasse du bas intérieur résonne partout dans le haut et impossible de dormir Attention : pas de climatisation et une chaleur de malade !!! Sans pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit des autres logements Enfin literie mauvaise sauf le 4 Le 0 et le 3 j’ai testé et literie de très mauvaise qualité

The property itself is wonderful. It's situated in a great location, offering convenient access to local attractions. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, which made our initial impression very positive. The detailed list of property rules, which emphasized respect for neighbors and infrastructure, initially made us feel assured of a quiet and respectful environment.

Unfortunately, the enforcement of the property rules was severely lacking. On our first night, a large group of guests threw a party that kept us awake until 3:00 AM. Despite reaching out to the host as instructed, we received no response. The second night was no better; another group of young people disturbed us again, and even after politely asking them to lower their noise taking into consideration our 3-month-old daughter, nothing changed. Again, our attempts to contact the host were ignored. This lack of action from the host was extremely disappointing, especially given the extensive list of fines for rule violations such as using towels, sheets, and even for not taking out the clean stuff from the dishwasher. This double standard was frustrating, as there seemed to be no consequences for other guests’ disturbances. Moreover, a parking spot was advertised as part of the property—a significant selling point in an area where parking is notoriously difficult. However, the spot was only available for one day, which was another letdown. Due to the ongoing disturbances and the impact on our young daughter, we decided to leave a day early. Unfortunately, despite paying for the night in advance, there was no offer of reimbursement or compensation for the inconveniences we faced. In summary, while the property itself is very appealing, the lack of host support and enforcement of their own rules significantly impacted our stay. This experience could have been greatly improved with more attentive and responsive management.
