Le petit plus :l emplacement est proche de la digue et du centre , 2 bons lits de 2 personnes possibilité de louer un emplacement de parking

les odeurs de frites et de cuisine venant de la friterie du RDC le tram passe devant l 'établissement la sonorisation du bâtiment

La proximité avec la plage Literie confortable

- assez bruyant (bruit de porte qui claque, les voisins, le tram,...) - pas d'ascenseur -pas de lumière dans la cage d'escalier très sombre - pas très propres sous les lits - attention a la gestion des poubelles !!! Ne pas les déposer sans sac de la panne (non fourni spontanément par l'hôte :) )
