The apartment is in a great location, close to a range of cafes and restaurants, and a short walk from the causeway to Granite Island. It was nicely fitted out with lovely towels, toiletries and breakfast supplies. However, the location within the complex was not easy to find, and up a set of concrete stairs which we found difficult to negotiate, especially whilst carrying items. Those with mobility issues may want to think twice. The access door also requires two hands to open with the key. The view from the balcony is of a car yard, and the (tiny) swimming pool is in a very unwelcoming situation just off the carpark. Another apartment actually opens onto the swimming pool, creating more disincentive to use it.

Central location to everything eas great. Welcome pack wag great too.

Only two tea bags for two days

A lovely property very centrally located. Beautiful room and comfy bed. Kitchenette wonderful with fresh bread, jams and butter, milk and cereals included! Balcony chairs so nice to sit outside. Separate lounge area good for chilling and suitcases. Pool looked nice although we didn’t swim in it.

We didn’t expect so many stairs so being a bit physically limited this was challenging. Bathroom pocket door needed some Clydesdales to move it, and one of us pulled back muscles trying to open and close it. We finally gave up and used the toilet with the door open. The door should come with Voltaren. This should be addressed.

Historic and very quaint apartment buiding with lots of nooks and crannies and a pool Reasonably spacious studio apartment with a separate lounge area and 2 television sets. Breakfast provisions including a bottle of milk, loaf of bread, butter, jams, vegemite, coffee pods Large fridge with a large freezer, additional bench space, good quality crockery and cutlery and other kitchen dishes and tools Lovely smelling shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, larger soap, big towels, sufficient shelves in the bathroom Lots of games and books Large wardrobe with hangers and places to tuck away suitcase and shoes Very clean all the way through Parking provided on premises off street Easy communication and helpful instructions form the owners

We were OK executing stairs, doors and corridors to the apartment but this could be hard for less able people
