Beds were comfortable. Apartment was dated but clean

Could not get in touch with host then when we did he couldn't find our booking after a while it was found. Complicated getting access poor communication never answered messages on booking.com. on arrival the stairs were dangerous with the loose stair grips. The apartment was very cold could not put heating on. Loud music was playing from downstairs until late. Could not access hot water.

Le propriétaire est quelqu'un d'irrespectueux, On lui à signalé qu'on arriverez entre 15h00/16h00 et à 13h00 il m'envoie un message pour dire qu'il sera présent pour nous donner les clés à 13h15. Impossible pour nous d'arriver à cette heure là donc il à inventé à bookin un dois disant surbooking et nôtre réservation à été annulée, c'est honteux.

The accommodation was really great. It had a very good location, was very clean, and the neighborhood was lovely and pleasant. I truly enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend it.
