Salt & Pepper Ghent

Apartament còmode i ampli per a quatre persones. La cuina estava molt ben equipada, fins i tot hi havia oli, sal, paper de cuina i totes aquestes coses que no hi penses i mai hi són. La situació era excel·lent, a 5 minuts a peu del centre.

El sofà llit era una mica incòmode i potser estaria bé facilitar 2 còpies de les claus.

L’appartement est spacieux, propre et lumineux. Dans un rue calme mais proche de tout. L’emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied. Nous avions pris l’option garage en plus, c’est vraiment idéal. La chambre est grande, il y a de la place pour mettre un lit parapluie. Helen, est très disponible est à accepté que nous laissions notre voiture dans le garage 2h de plus le jour de notre départ, ce qui nous a permis de profiter un peu plus de la ville. En bref, nous recommandons ce logement.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer über Whatsapp erreichbar, jedoch die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartments hat leider nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Kopfkissen (2 Alternativen) waren allesamt sehr unbequem. Das zweite Bett war nur ein Sofa-Ausziehbett und die Matratze durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. In den 4 Nächten gab es jedesmal von unterschiedlichen lärmenden Personen (Personen im Haus darüber und auf der Straße...) und verschiedenen Quellen (unerklärlicher Weise von PKWs, LKWs obwohl es eigentlich eine sehr ruhige Zone ist und nicht an einer Durchzugsstraße liegt) Lärm und man konnte nicht durchschlafen.

Logement spacieux pour 3 adultes. Calme, propre. Clair et accueillant. LITERIE TOP Bien frais malgré la chaleur extérieure d’août Les équipements sont fonctionnels. Ne manque que le lave linge Parking sur place très spacieux et accessible. Idéalement situé pour visiter la ville Ellen répond rapidement à toute demande. Conditions d’accès très claires et bien expliquées. Boîte à clé sur place.

Nice and clean appartment centrally located and with a cute balcony.

Sleeping couch needs replacement, very overused and uncomfortable. No options for late check-out.

Schoon en netjes, leuke inrichting. De locatie is fantastisch, stukje wandelen en dan sta je bij de St Baafskathedraal. Tevens een superfijne parkeerplaats bij te boeken in een afgesloten garage.

Geen minpunten te ontdekken.

A great apartment in an excellent location close to the centre of Ghent, but, for us, nice and quiet. Bed very comfortable, all well equipped, good sized shower and bathroom. Car parking under building very good. Ellen has prepared excellent instructions for arrival, keys etc, plus other useful information. Good supermarket around corner and chemist nearby (for anti mosquito goods!!). Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

There was nothing we did not like, hence high score. Some hopefully constructive thoughts are: as per some others, we did find the pillows too large/firm, so some options would be good. Also would be good to have either mosquito screens on the windows to allow some breeze through or air conditioning for the hot nights, not that anyone was expecting circa 30 degrees that did occur - global warming?!!
