Haik's Palace

Location were good, parkplace a little difficult, near Sea, quiet, kitchen were good prepared, necessary stuf for kitchen activities were also there.

appartment weren correct clean, need some proffesional cleaning, bathroom should be renewed, the socks in the bathroom are still there :(, a small invest in renewal will bring a better face on the appartment.

The location was very close to beach and only 5 minutes to centre. Free parking places available in the street but mostly taken. The parking on the boulevard 5m away is only 1.10€ per day so convenient. Owner responds quickly to questions.

The apartment was not very clean, kitchen was sticky and the bathroom and toilet could use a renovation. Mold in the bathroom and the toilet keeps running so you need to remove the lid. The rooms have only half the curtains so your windows is not covered fully.

There was no breakfast.

The property smelled of rotting garage and the floors were dirty and sticky.

Location is very good, place is big and well equipped

The location was great and plenty of space for a family of 5.

There was quite a lot of noise from flat above and below unfortunately and the bathroom needs updating as has black in grout between tiles. Curtains didn’t cover full windows so light came in early but this can be easily improved.
