- location - views - comfy beds - how easy it was too walk to places - close to see penguins and chairlift to the nut - parking at door - the Lego/duplo that my son loved - amazing bath with views out of window to beach

Didn’t bother us, but the two bedrooms are connected with a door (second bedroom has no windows, access via main door and then a second door into main bedroom)

Perfect holiday home with a lot of thought gone in to making guests feel comfortable. We can highly recommend this property.

Nothing

The property was exceptionally clean and tidy. It has all the amenities and is located in the heart of the city, next to the post office and has great views (opposite the road) of the bay. There is a balcony to enjoy the views as well. The rooms and bathrooms are located on the lower floor. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine (no dryer). We didn't need the washing facilities, but just in case someone wants to :). The parking is right in front of the door, so literally 5 steps to carry luggage. The master room is huge, and the second room is a standard Aussie room size, so quite spacious and comfortable. We will try to get back to this property if we visit next time. It is really worth it and should not be overlooked. It exceeded the expectations we had based on the pictures and reviews.

There is no toilet on the same level as the living/dining, if 10 steps matter. We didn't find it a problem, but it was an interesting conversation on when to time your toilet break when watching an interesting movie :P.
