There was no air conditioner or even a fan, the temperature was very high in the place, and the staff was helpless 😞

Ikkunoista avautuva maisema oli todella kaunis ja sijainti erinomainen.

Junamme oli yli kaksi tuntia myöhässä ja soitin asiakaspalveluun varmistaakseni, että pääsemme asuntoon. Asiakaspalvelija ei suostunut millään odottamaan meitä ja oli minuuteista kiinni, että saimme avaimet. Voin vain kuvitella mihin pulaan olisimme lapsiperheenä joutuneet, jos emme olisi ehtineet. Vessassa ei ollut minkäänlaista valaistusta. Makuuhuoneen ikkuna ei pysynyt kiinni. Käytävässä haisi home. Sääntölappu ovessa oli epämiellyttävä, vähempikin määräily olisi riittänyt.

It was well located and easy to get the keys.

I had no running water for all Monday morning so my plans were absolutely ruined. The staff on the service desk was useless in solving this issue. Filed a complaint but didn’t hear from them or Booking.com yet.

L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino al centro, è spazioso, luminoso e con una bella vista. La cucina è dotata del necessario. I proprietari rispondono in tempi brevi ad eventuali domande/richieste.

La procedura per il ritiro delle chiavi e il check-in non è immediata; l'appartamento è molto caldo (c'è solo un piccolo ventilatore); il letto è molto scomodo e il WiFi non funziona.

The location is perfect, within the city centre, close to the places I want to go to; good view from the window. I had the place for myself, with all the appliances, felt like being at home. Place was spacious and I had a privacy.

The instructions about 'how to get the keys' from the email was different from how you should be collecting it. The wifi was not easy to connect to, but it was sorted out after some time; couldn't find the utensils if there was any. It was hot and sunny on my first day, there was no electric fan or ac, so I just left the window open the whole night, but still a bit hot inside.
