Location is very central with transport and amenities nearby. Has lift. It's clean and comfy. Has views. Nice staff at the agency.

Mattresses were soft. Some people like them that way.

In the morning there was no electricity

The location was perfect, in the city center of Antwerp. Easy to find and easy to get the keys.

There were a lot of sirens when I stayed, and somewhere in the kitchen there was a sound. Sounded like a mouse trying to climb or something not sure what it was. But it went going on for an hour when I tried to sleep. The pillows were also really flat when u lay on them.

Location, on the doorstep of entertainment, and public transport.

The position, the apartment is close by the train station and the shop streets, however you have to walk +15 mins to reach the main square.

Check-in opens at 14 and there was a long queue of people waiting for their key, I had to wait almost 30 minutes standing. The apartment has no air conditioning or windows that can be opened, meaning that the air was quite smelly and intolerably hot, which made difficult to rest during the night. There is only one real bed, then there are quite uncomfortable sofa bed that don't open totally so leave small place to rest, or alternatively mattress that can lie on the floor (wow, luxurious!). There were sheets only for two beds, while we rented for three people. The bathroom is in the bedroom, which so no real privacy when having a shower. And the shower was pretty smelly from the drain and full of flies.

The location and the person make the chicken in was friendly

The room was really hot..windows not applied to open ..one windows had broke Handel was open all night..another of small flies in the shower.only 2 towels for 3 night for 2 persons.not enough toilets papers
