Diamant Studio

- The studio apartment was basically clean with adequate furnishing but with shortcomings - The owner/ manger (?) was snotty in his communications but responsive to messages and gave quick/ easy fixes - Despite of the highway noisily passing underneath, access by car from outside the city is convenient

- The direct environment is very noisy because of the main traffic artery passing underneath, the bus passing in front, the metro station right in front (with non-stop escalator going day and night !), so forget quiet night ! PS: the earplugs provided are unfortunately not a luxury ! - a place in the parking garage underneath is promised but that is not always available or clear, and the access via running around (without remote) is really inconvenient - the owen/ manager (?) is responsive but clearly very focus don upselling and keeping tenants happy with minimal effort; I felt manipulated and 'managed', not helped or given any recognition (for a 17day stay, for instance, no discount whatsoever, and have to pay for extra cleaning??) - The little park right in front is rat-infested with rodents jumping across the paths in clear sight at nightfall and in the evening/ night - horrible

Clean, with all the essentials to stay one week: dishwasher and washing machine soap, salt, pepper, very nice decorated.

The service was very rude in the answers. I had a security problem during my stay and their reaction was no reaction, and the reply was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite the place was very nice, my stay was disappointing for having such a bad help desk

nice spacious, luminous apartment. When the windows are closed, very quiet. Host was very attentive on the booking.com messaging centre.

It was quite a treasure-hunt to find the keys and the front door remained stuck. Having said that, when I phoned the host, they replied and helped. I had difficulty working the TV (just wanted ordinary TV) - an explanation note in the apartment would be good. There were very few sockets, not ideal to conduct online meetings as I had to plug my computer into the kitchen area.

Spacious studio, very clean and well designed interior. The facility is complete and of good quality.

The parking place, the door handles are not working very smoothly. Need maintenance.

The diamant studio was the perfect location for an event we were attending but it also exceeded our expectations in terms of space and comfort. Would highly recommend as a base for anyone visiting Brussels

Great location for my conference which was down the road, also had easy access into the city centre with the Diamant stop entrance right round the corner from the apartment. I felt safe staying here which was important for me as a lone female traveller. The space was clean and comfortable with excellent cooking facilities and a dishwasher too - ideal! Bed was comfortable and shower room modern. Very generous size for a studio. Windows were well insulated against road noise. Hosts were very responsive to messages. Best place I’ve stayed in for a work trip by far!

Couldn’t get the TV to connect to the internet but this was a minor problem for me and I only tried once.
