Everything was just perfect. For us, the location was perfect a few blocks away from Cairns Central and a few more to the Esplanade. It was quiet it was clean.

O apartamento não é muito perto do centro, ainda que seja possível ir a pé.

The accommodation was quite nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the owner did respond to our messages fast.

The self check-in was a bit harder, but they provided documentation. It would be nice to also describe the difference between main gate and small gate on the left side as the codes for opening them are different.

The location did not have surrounding public transport which made it difficult for my clients with a disability to walk to Cairns Central. As a result it was constantly booking taxi’s which were always delayed or did not turn up. A detailed bus time table and map of where the buses will take passengers would be helpful as the website was not useful.

The accommodation was good and stocked with the basic needs such as washing powder and kitchen items.

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr nett. Die Buchung des Ausflugs über die angeschlossene Agentur mit dem angebotenen Discount hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem umzäunten Areal in einem Industriegebiet an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Loggia und Wohnraum laden dadurch tagsüber nicht zum Verweilen ein. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der straßenabgewandten Seite und sind sehr ruhig. Deshalb unser Fazit: wenn man mit dem Auto anreist und tagsüber zu Ausflügen aufbricht - passende Wohnung, wenn man sich jedoch auch tagsüber aufhalten möchte - eher ungeeignet.

The set-up was very convenient — we especially loved the kitchen, as it was equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated the wide selection of books offered for guests. The staff of Cozy Homes was very kind and helpful; they helped us book guided tours around the region, all of which worked out very smoothly.

The cleanliness of our apartment was superb. Excellent natural light in every room. Fans in all rooms with the option to use any of the three additional air conditioners. The atmospheric, relaxing balcony, with the palm trees at eye level and a gentle breeze, made it easy to imagine one was a plantation owner in the tropics. The bed linen was silky soft and the towels large and fluffy. Nice extra touches of hand lotion, real pot plants, books for every taste, sofa cushions, ample coat hangers, bedside lights, cupboard space, etc. All the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom seemed new. The kitchen was very well equipped too. Everything seemed to have been done with thought and love. The neighbours were quiet but friendly when we met them on passing.

Location, comfortable, good facilities, staff were friendly. Even though we were located on a busy street the unit was quiet.

Parking was an issue. We couldn't fit our car into the carport and visitor carparks were always occupied. We were required to park on Spence Street.
