City centre with great facilities, cosy and comfortable

Voor dat wij bij het appartement aankwamen nam de gastheer Bernard uit zichzelf contact met ons op om ons in het appartement binnen te laten. Bernard legde ons alles zelf uit en gaf ons informatie over het appartement en wat er in de omgeving alles te zien en te bewonderen is. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum van Ieper en alles is op loopafstand te doen zoals musea en de Menenpoort. Voor de auto is er voldoende parkeer gelegenheid. Kofrrtom zeer vriendelijke gastheer en de faciliteieten zijn meer dan oke. Wij hadden een paar mooie dagen. Bernard bedankt voor alles en het meedenken in alles.

Location excellent, apartment very roomy

Kitchen utensils not brill

Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment in a great location. Kitchen facilities also meant we could do some home cooking.

No microwave oven even though mentioned in the facilities listing. Washing machine and dryer available per the facilities listing, but no mention that these cost 4 euro each to use.

Location is fantastic. Close to everything, and quiet and safe. The place had everything essential for a short stay. The price was good for the area.

Comfort could be improved by updating linens to newer, cleaner sheets and towels, and cleaning the mould from the shower. It would also be nice if the broken things (cupboards, bed, sofabed, toilet seat, dining chairs etc) were repaired. Could also use a complete set of cutlery, and a newer mattress on the sofa bed - it was quite uncomfortable. Not sure what was causing the smell throughout the place, but it was a bit off- putting. Other than that it was fine for a few nights.

Geen ontbijt.Het bestek was niet compleet er miste n tafelmes en van broodmes zat het heft los en van schilmesje ontbrak de punt en een stoelpoot helemaal los erg gevaarlijke. Er was geen magnetron maar oventje. Eigenaar is meteen komen brengen na mijn telefoon

Douche veel te klein grote douchekop was niet te bedienen en dosering warm water moeilijk

The apartment has excellent amenities with a great layout. My family was very comfortable with a lovely bedroom, sofa bed, dining room setting with centre counter. I enjoyed the kitchen as it was very easy to cook with all the utensils and appliances such as oven microwaves which were installed. Great location too as we walked a few minutes into the town to enjoy the Christmas vibes, shopping and museum. We visited to watch football in the Crack stadium which was a convenient walk away. The host was also excellent and welcoming. He greeted us at a very late arrival, helped us with free parking, explained the town and he was always a text message away. Thank you for the wonderful stay, definitely would do again!!!
