FIIt was easy to get into the apartment because the key was in the code box. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. Even more: there was a gift on the table, a nice surprise.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. I am allergic and therefore sensitive to odors, it seemed to me that the apartment smelled strongly of perfume, perhaps so as not to feel damp. This is not critical, just my impression.

All rooms were cleaned; it comes with fully equipped seating and kitchen space with a delicate taste for decor. It is also in a fantastic location; within walking distance to the banks of the river Meuse, where you can enjoy panoramic views from the restaurants alongside the river as well as offering easy access to the historical Collegiate Church of Our Lady of Dinant, cable car and local shops. Overall it was a pleasant experience, upon arrival we were pleased the host had included complimentary drinks (bear) and communicated with us in a timely fashion. Highly recommended

The apartment was very cold at our arrival and took hours to warm up. I understand the need to save energy, but on the other hand it was less than 15 degrees in the flat. To be fair, it was a very cold day, thus it could have taken longer time than expected for the host to heat up.
