Ideal apartment. New house, everything in the apartment is done very high quality. Fully corresponds to the photos. Absolute purity. Spacious shower cabin, powerful and fast gas water heater (you will have hot water in a few seconds). Fully equipped kitchen with combined gas and induction hob to choose from. Great washing machine, powerful air conditioner. Complete comfort at the highest level. Roller shutters on all windows for total blackout if needed. A spacious balcony to the west (like), however, goes to the parking lot, but this is clearly visible in the photo in the description of the apartment.

I liked everything, there are just some nuances that you need to pay attention to when booking this accommodation. These are not shortcomings, but features that it is desirable to understand. The apartment is located in a new residential area, built really from scratch. At the same time, the area is lively, families, children, sports grounds, even a fountain, everything is thought out (only there are no large supermarkets within walking distance, only the format of a small store near the house). This is eastern Sarajevo, a Serbian region. If you are by car, it doesn't really matter (and parking is no problem). But if you travel by public transport, then you need to understand that you will have to walk 20 minutes to the trolleybus stop 103/107, which will take you to the old center of Sarajevo (Austria Square) in 35-40 minutes. Also for information - the mattress is very hard, it just suits me, but lovers of soft mattresses will not be able to sleep.
