- Good looking design - Well equipped kitchen - Huge bathroom with bath and shower - Easy access

- Host prefers money over being humane, doing the right thing… and afterwards lied to Booking.com to try to steal more money from me![*] - Way too expensive for what it is. - Very noisy, a LOT of cars passing all the time (check on Maps). - Heating system was not working; maybe just not well enough? - Very cold concrete floor. - Bed too soft, not enough support. (and sheets were placed in a hurry) - No curtains on windows, lots of lights outside and neighbors. - Home automation system, every light needs 2s to turn on/off (huge when you don't know the switches). - Poorly designed lighting system. - Unpractical stairs to the upper floor. - Toilet at the opposite of bedroom (and not on same floor). ------- [*] Bug on Booking, displayed at 127€, changed to 187€ at the end (VAT + 50€ cleaning fee). I didn't saw that when paying. Contacted host right after (5-15 minutes) to explain it and ask to cancel. She pretended not to understand, saying "187€ is the right price". She didn't want to cancel. I'm sick of people being stupid because of money… so I did the same! I left the loft with 50€ worth of cleaning (especially as she asked me to clean before leaving!)… and I had to force myself because usually hosts barely see I was there (got 2-3 feedbacks saying so on Airbnb). She used that as an excuse to lie to Booking and ask extra cleaning fee: brought additional guests (false), very dirty (I left cooking trash in plates on the countertop, trimmed my nails in the bathroom, left a glass, cup and chips pack near the sofa), with a blocked toilet (I peed before leaving and just didn't flush)… not even 50€ worth, right? 🤔

Central location, easy access, very nice apartment.

This is our second stay here and it’s just perfect for what we needed. Fans lots of windows good ventilation. The bath toys for our son was a nice touch.

Nothing wrong with this property 10/10

The apartment was very clean when we arrived, even had few local bewerages in the fridge for us to try, which was super nice after long day of travelling. The appartment had everything that was advertised and some more. Very good kitchen and all that we need to make our own food and breakfast. Beds we're very good and they had clean bedding. Enough clean towels was also good, there we're plenty of them for us to use. I had to call the owner, Virginie before our stay. She answered right away and was super helpfull. I will highly recommend this place to anyone that is going to stay at Chimay. This place made our little vacation even better. Thank you, Virginie !

very good location, clean, cozy.

We were in Chimay to explore Southern Belgium. Chimay was a quite town but we were able to find an excellent restaurant nearby. The town was charming and safe and we wished we had more time to explore. The loft was perfect for our family or two couples. Lovely kitchen and great location. We would definitely recommend this loft for a stay in Southern Belgium.
