Très bon accueil du propriétaire, souple avec les horaires, appartement très bien situé, au 5ème étage avec ascenseur permet d'avoir une très belle vue. On a apprécié aussi la place de parking privé et gratuite donc. Même si les tarifs de parking un peu partout ne sont pas chers (genre 1 € de l'heure).

Gagnerait à avoir quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaire (saladier et ses couverts, flûtes à champagne, spatules en bois pour la cuisson) mais tout compte fait, rien de bien méchant. Attention ! les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis et surtout pas mentionné comme pas fournis dans l'annonce. Le propriétaire le précise après réservation.

The owner is very friendly, he helped us with the parking (included in the pice). The place offers unmatched seaview. Deposit of 200eur is left then returned upon check-out. Great value for the price.

Superlage, toller Blick, viel Stauraum in der Wohnung.

Es war uns nicht sauber genug. Staub auf den Flächen z.B., dreckige Klobürste. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht allzu bequem.
