Location was right near the beach

If the rear and front door were keyed alike it would be more convenient than having to lock the rear door then go through the front door to lock it to then go back around to the rear to get to the beach. Better heating required - it was cold in May.

Excellent location .. a few minutes walk to the sand on Boomerang Beach . Close to shops / restaurants .

Quality of the cleaning was poor .. spider webs in a few corners , nail clippings on the rug in the living room . Its taken 7 days for my bond to be returned - unacceptably slow in the world of electronic banking .
