The Traill

The property was not very clean. When we arrived there was a basket in the cupboard full of rubbish that smelt. Bathroom and laundry area need a good clean. no guidence on where to put rubbish during the stay.

The interior design of the unit was lovely! The size of the rooms was also excellent.

Location was perfect and the apartment was very large. Beds were very comfortable and showers nights and big with plenty of hot water.

There wasn’t much not to like about this apartment, but if I was being picky, then all I could say would be the rubbish bin outside the apartment was full so you had nowhere to put your rubbish.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, easy access and easy parking, right at door. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, beds were comfy.

Decor is a bit dated, but had no impact on our stay

Great, good Wifi, clean beds & toilets.

The workers were doing some works just outside our unit. They were in our way & at sheltered car park, hence inconvenience to load & unload of our luggages. And they were just outside our window which we don’t feel comfortable about it.

Shower in the second bedroom is broken.

Door was broken so had to use through a second bedroom access, carport full of rubbish as people were there installing solar panels. Had to pull blinds for privacy.. the workers were on the roof tramping around at 7.30 am the following morning and afternoon banging on the roof. Would have been nice to have been told before arriving so we could have changed if we had wanted too we didn’t feel it was good enough for what you pay. A little disappointing…. Outside deck needed a good sweep and clean really.
