Convoluted process, difficult to navigate.

As mentioned, key collection, bathroom facilities very small. Microwave didnt work, had to throw food out.

Gorgeous accommodation, well thought out space, it had everything we needed in a great location

The apartment was central which meant we didnt use the car much over the weekend. The facilities were functional albiet in a fairly 'depressing' location - lots of local articles on the history of the site! We enjoyed our stay but will not return as we prefer to be in a more 'tourist' style location. The room was clean and tidy and met our needs over the weekend.

The lock box malfunctioned and I had to call for service but then managed somehow to get the box to work. The buttons would not press easily. This potentially meant we could not access the property. Secondly the instructions did not state that there is no parking zone near the lock box and that you would have park somewhere else before being able to get in. The manager did not manage to repair the box before we left and so it was a little tricky to re-open the box to return keys. They need to invest in a better lock box - I noted that of the other 15 box there - they had used a larger more reliable lockbox. The Eco one was the odd one out.

Loved the location & the funky apartment

Didn’t like the bed, it was comfy enough but a better quality than a murphy bed would be more ideal. The key box is in a bad location as you can’t park near it to get the keys for the carpark

The remote control for parking did not work
