You had the boil the kettle on the floor as plugs are to close to the work surface to get plug in . Lack of toilet roll.

Un magnifique appartement dans le centre de Spa Personnel très sympathique et appartement très fonctionnel

Situation , bien placé en centre ville

Manque de propreté générale , surtout la vaisselle. Difficulté à trouver une place . Isolation phonique faible (simple vitrage ancien).

NOUS AVONS DU MARCHER JUSQU'A L'HOTEL DE LA REINE PAYER ET PRENDRE LES CLES ENSUITE DANS LE BOITIER.

LE SUPPLEMENT NON INDIQUE DE 4EUROS PAR PERSONNE POUR LE LINGE DE MAISON, DRAPS ET 4 SERVIETTES ET 1 TORCHON. SUR BOOKING CE SERVICE ETAIT SOIT DISANT INCLUS..... IL NE S'AGIT PAS D'UNE SALLE DE BAIN MAIS D'UN WC AMELIORE D'UN LAVE MAINS ET D'UNE DOUCHE, RIEN POUR POSER, PAS DE MIRROIR. SINON LOGEMENT SPACIEUX, GRANDE CUISINE, GRAND SALON ET SALLE A MANGER, 2 BELLES CHAMBRES, BONNE LITERIE, TRES BIEN PLACE, TRES TRES SONORE, PAS PU DORMIR UNE NUIT SUR LES 3 RESERVEES.... LES PRISES NE SONT PAS TOUTES UTILISABLES

Spacious and great location, the lounge is nice.

Like other reviewers already have noted it is very noisy. You can hear every step they take on the floor above. Beds are not great.

Fantastic location within walking distance of Thermes de Bain & shops in a safe and well-illuminated square . Spotlessly clean and harmoniously modern-styled with nice warm radiators : cosy.

* Terrible sound insulation - woken up by people just walking around on floor above * Obviously we weren’t anticipating a fridge stocked with perishables *but* there were no fundamental store -cupboard basics like oil, salt , pepper ,coffee pods ,jam , long -life milk biscuits , or kitchen roll -unlike other self-catering we’ve been to in Spa and Europe.Also no colander for pasta, (though otherwise very well equipped with crockery cutlery and cookware) * Awful cheap uncomfortable bedding with hideous non-cotton base sheets from tacky , naff nylon that was so worn it had developed bobbles . The small double-bed mattress was not sprung but made of primitive sponge so concave that I had the sensation I’d slide off the bed . Instead of proper pillows there were large cushions that were Insufficiently supportive, with poorly distributed stuffing *The host doesn’t greet you on site- you have to collect from another site
