"Prachtig, stijlvol en ruim met top ligging – wij komen zeker terug"

Prachtig stijlvol ingericht groot appartement met een super ligging. Een mooi zon gericht terras met uitzicht op de mooie villa’s. Alle kamers zijn groot met elk een eigen badkamer. Plaats voor 3 auto’s in de garage.

- verwarming verdieping en wellness functioneert niet (tijdens Kerstperiode en vriestemperaturen) - gashaarden functioneren beiden niet - remote tv ontbreekt - muziekinstallatie werkt niet - oven en koelkast niet gereinigd

"Ideal stay for shopping, beach and walks"

Great situation, with place for 2 cars, high end décoration, lots of light. 1 open fire at dinner corner, Lots of storage, nice wooden doors.

Magnifique logement et environnement

Les clés n'étaient pas disponibles dans la box prévue à cet effet et l'hôte injoignable (numéro bloqué). Heureusement que le locataire précédent est revenu sur place car oubli de quelque chose dans l'appartement. Nous avons attendu 1h sans savoir quoi faire ! La cuisine n'était pas parfaitement propre et le chauffage de l'étage n'a pas fonctionné (chauffagiste venu 2x). Certaines fonctionnalités sont proposées, notamment avec les photos (ex : cheminée au gaz) mais un mode d'emploi est envoyé après réservation en mentionnant que certains services ne sont pas disponibles. L'hôte répond aux questions en disant de se référer au mode d'emploi mais ce document n'est pas à jour. Décevant vu le prix de location.

Top emplacement, équipements, propreté, communication, tout est parfait, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Bonus : 3 places de parking en sous-sol, le sauna et la salle de sport.

La qualité du bien et la localisation à 100 mètres de la plage et du centre.

"Exceptional"

Uitstekende ligging, vlak bij het strand in een mooi gebouw. Appartement zelf is heel ruim met 4 volwaardige slaapkamers, elk met eigen badkamer.
