Location was excellent, check in process was very easy and appartment was big enough for our family of 5.

The location of the apartment was great, the bed was quite comfortable, the apartment Lofty 2 is quiet and spacious. The kitchen is well-equiped with a dishwasher and a large fridge. There is a heater/radiator for towels in the bathroom, which was very useful. Wifi connection was good.

I was a returning guest and stayed at this apartment in July 2024. Tumble dryer did not work, the hairdryer was still broken, there was a quite strong smell from the drain in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant and bothering (this can be an issue in many old buildings in Sarajevo). There was no holder on the wall for the hand-held showerhead, which was a bit annoying, the towel holder was not properly fixed to the wall. All this was reported to the owner, who has promissed to fix it. The view from the apartment onto courtyard is not the best, but it makes the place quiet instead, which is fine. However, there should be dark curtins in the corridor and in the kitchen for more privacy.

Its a really nice place with everything you need, on great location in city center. Communication was super fast and they were very responsive and kind.

We had a problem with hot water, which was solved the next day after we asked them to fix the problem. However, we were two days there and one of them we were completely without hot water.

En tant que voyageur habituée aux hôtels 5 étoiles à travers le monde, je peux dire que cet appart-hôtel, bien qu’il ne propose pas le luxe classique d’un 5 étoiles (pas de piscine, spa, etc.), se distingue par une qualité irréprochable sur l’essentiel. L’appartement était d’une propreté exemplaire, parfaitement agencé et très bien entretenu. L’emplacement est idéal : à quelques pas seulement de la rue piétonne, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de Sarajevo tout en étant au calme. La personne qui nous a accueillis est d’une grande courtoisie, très sympathique et respectueuse. Une expérience que je recommande sans hésitation !
