Very nice accommodation. Close to bus and train stations. Very kind and caring host. The room is also clean and all facilities work well. Has wifi and hot shower. I really liked it and will come back. Thank you.

I booked this apartment for my 17-year-old son who was traveling alone in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He really liked it. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable and is also located in a very good place. I would like to separately note the kind and sympathetic hostess. Thank you very much for helping Petr with a taxi on the first day when he just arrived in Mostar :-)

The hotel is quite close to the city center, which was very convenient. However, since it's located in the side streets, it can feel a bit deserted and slightly unsettling at night. Other than that, being within walking distance to everywhere was definitely a big plus.

While we appreciated the warm hospitality, there were a few points to note. The room didn’t feel as clean as we had hoped, and the upper floor where we stayed had no main door, so the space was directly connected to the staircase. This raised some concerns about privacy and security. The AC unit was placed in the stairwell, which made it less effective unless the bedroom door was kept open — not ideal during cooler weather. Also, the owner doesn't speak English, but he genuinely tried his best to help, which we appreciated.

The Bosnian woman who handles / hosts the property was so lovely and welcoming. Her daughter was there if we needed any translation in English, though we were just fine communicating in our different languages. There were so many great reviews, and we were glad that we trusted them. This is definitely not a luxurious accommodation if that is what you are looking for. The apartment has its quirks, though we felt very comfortable and happy during our stay on the property of a local family. The price was great for Mostar. The apartment is less than five minutes from the train station which was a big plus for us who have been backpacking for a good while. The neighborhood is safe. Walking to the old town is easy and less than ten minutes away. The mattress was comfortable, and we were happy to have a fridge and a kitchen to cook in. We rented scooters for a day, and parking outside of the apartment worked just fine.

We have very little to be unhappy about. We cooked once in the kitchen which was fine, but it might not the most equipped kitchen for a large meal. The ad said there was a washing machine, but there was a sign on the machine that said it did not work.
