Goede locatie. Oostduinkerke is een rustig dorp met een kleinschalige dorpskern. Gezellig appartement met zijzicht op zee. Prima en duidelijke communicatie met "Peter".

De aanduiding van de ingang naar de garage is minder zichtbaar. Een nipte parkeerplaats. De hygiëne kon beter. De poets was "oppervlakkig" gebeurd.

Mooie locatie, heel proper appartement.

Zetel is zeker aan vernieuwing toe. Koude en tocht door de roosters aan het raam. Werd wel vlot opgelost door de eigenaar.
