Perfect location in the centre, quiet apartment, all necessary appliances which you need are available,very comfortable beds very good contact with the host, clear instructions how to find it, flexible check in/out, very close to the street market and shops, tasty coffee from vending machines in the same street

A charming and clean apartment, very spacious and nicely decorated. The nice lady who ran the place did a "welcome tour" which was nice, thorough and informative. The apartment is in a central part of the city and close to public transportation. Not the best neighborhood in the world but as a man I felt quite safe, even at night. The apartment has all the things a tourist needs when he or she is away from home! When I hed a problem and needed to cut few days from my staying she arranged that my money will return to me through Booking, without me asking. Very welcoming and generous hosting. In my next visit to Sofia I will certainly return!

Location was great. Walking distance to everything and apartment had all we needed.

everything was great about the property, really spacious , close to transport , kitchen is well equipped, shower is powerfull , really quiet at night , this appartment have a real identity and feels like a friend invite you to spend some time with , in addition to some gifts and surprises , internet was really fast , there is a fruits and vegetables market less than 10min away by walk , and also the owner is available and ready to help for every question we can have about this beautiful country ,

Botev Apartment is located about a 15 minute walk from the main shopping area of the city and is about a 10 minute walk to the main train/bus station. It has a metro station (Lavov Most, M2 line) about 3 or 4 minutes away so if you don't fancy walking too much or are the other end of the city you can get close easily. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small apartment block. It is in a quiet part of the city and the apartment block itself was very quiet. The apartment is huge!! There is a hallway, bathroom (shower and toilet), dining room, kitchen with all appliances and a bedroom. There is all the amenities you'd expect at home at your disposal. The place is spotlessly clean. Everything works as it should, shower, toilet, fridge etc. The bed was really comfy and warm. The bedroom has two single beds if this could be a problem to some. There is excellent strength, free, fast wi-fi. It is everything as advertised. There is a small supermarket about a minute away that has all the basic essentials.

Only issue I found was when I arrived - I could not work out which building was No 12. There is an 8, but no 10, it jumps straight to 12 but has no sign. Not a problem - quick text to the owner and her husband appeared a few mins later. Only other thing I'd advise is bring a torch as at night when you come out of the apartment the stairwell is quite dark.
