L'emplacement central est idéal pour découvrir Anvers. L'appartement est agréable et bien décoré.

Les escaliers sont en effet très pénible mais je m'y attendais vu les commentaires. Le ménage n'est pas fait à fond.

Very bad and rude customer service. They do not reply to you when you have problem accessing the keys or opening the door. We were late in paying the 50 euro tax fee because they wanted a bank transfer and I didn't have a bank in Europe. We have already paid the full charge of 540 euro our stay through booking.com. So they waited till we went out in the morning and changed the door lock and we couldn't access the apartment until I called them to send me someone to take the city tax fee in cash,They faked as if they don't know what happened to the door lock so that I don't report them to the police. They changed the door lock again and gave us new keys after I paid the City tax. On the last day 1 hour before checkout they cut the WiFi and we didn't have Internet access. When I called him and asked how can he change the door lock and lock us out with my luggage inside while i paid my full payment in advance, all this just because of the 50 euro city tax, the person replying as customer service kept shouting, cursing and saying bad words. I do NOT recommend anyone to rent this apartment and deal with these unethical and unprofessional people.

Fijn in het centrum op loopafstand van onze plannen. Netjes en schoon.

Aan de stampende bovenburen kan de verhuurder weinig doen.

La situation géographique était idéale (à deux pas de la gare, d'une multitude de restaurants, transports en commun et magasins). L'appartement était fidèle aux photos spacieux et propre, et contenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un bon séjour.

Les voisins du dessus étaient extrêmement bruyants. Un enfant (?) s'est amusé à courir de 19h à 23h, nous empêchant d'aller nous coucher avant cette heure en plus de faire trembler tout l'appartement. Il a d'ailleurs recommencé le lendemain dès 6h, et ce jusqu'à 8h. On sait que ce n'est aucunement la faute de Sam, mais on tenait à le noter quand même. De plus, il faisait extrêmement chaud dans l'appartement ; nous avons dû dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes, et les rues sont très bruyantes jusqu'au petit matin.
