Everything is good

The communication with staff was excellent. We had a small issue with parking and they were able to help guide us through. We were very comfortable there and loved being so close to everything we wanted to do.

Great location, beautiful house in a beautiful neighbourhood. It shows that everything was chosen with love. The yard looks even better than in the photos - the chairs are different, a lot more comfortable. If you have allergies to scented candles, better tell the property in advance because they are everywhere! It does smell lovely though! The whole place is clean, you have everything you need for a short and longer stay. The sofas and armchairs are so comfortable that you can sleep there as well. We had some issues because someone parked outside the garage - the host came immediately and did his best to resolve the issue.

Plovdiv Mitropoliya is right in front of the house and if there's a holiday the church bell is ringing for a loooong time and it's quite loud! It's not the hosts’ fault but if you have headaches or a baby it might be an issue. If you close the windows or put on headphones, it's not that bad.

the apartment is very nice, carved in a rock. Also very close to the centre and the pedestrian zone. Rooms were spacious, there was coffee left, thank you.

We had trouble with the garage-it is low, so if you have a roof box, you need to remove it. This was not the real problem actually, just mentioning it as a warning. The problem was that someone has parked in front of the gate and we were not able to get out when needed. the municipal police was called, finally it was one of the neighbours. of course they were not nice and didn’t apologise.
