"Completely ruined stay"

The apartment itself was excellent, but our stay was completely ruined due to a recurring issue with the elevator. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, and for half of our stay, the elevator was out of service. This forced us to carry extremely heavy bags with sports equipment up six flights of stairs, which was exhausting. Neighbors informed us that elevator breakdowns are a frequent problem in this building. We requested to be relocated to another apartment, but we were told this was not possible. The host promised us a 10% refund for each day the elevator was out of service, but this compensation was never provided. To make matters worse, Booking.com stopped responding to my messages and emails altogether. This was the most horrifying stay I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t wish such a nightmare on anyone.

Large and clean apartment. Everything was provided. Excellent kitchen appliances and kitchen equipment. Wonderful views in every direction. Very easy to get the keys and leave them upon leaving. Coffee capsules were left as a compliment.

Some renovation needed.

"I would not use this place again"

Location was a main reason to choose this for a stay in Sofia. Check in was easy and a lot of space for comfort stay for one person.

Alex was polite virtual concierge but communication was too long and kind of difficult for me as organizer of business trip for my colleague. Very dirty apartment was not a nice welcome and we had to pay extra for cleaning.
