BGThe apartment was clean and spacious. The rooms were nice and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, nice and big balcony. Everything else was also working properly. It's close to the beach, has big parking.
RSApartment met our expectations.It is the same as it is on the pictures.Super close to the beach,market and parking lot.
Only negative thing I have to say is about cable.They only have channels that are on Bulgarian language.

UAThe location and facility was great.
I didn't like that the check-in hour was after 3 p.m. althought we arrived at 6 a.m. and told the host the day before arrival the time we are supposed to arrive. The room wasn't cleaned enought (the cleaning lady arrived late and was hurried up) There was no TV and internet when we arrived: when we checked-in we noticed that the router was missing, the host representative arranged the temporary acces to the facility internet (Oxygen apartments). He told us that router would be provided the next day, which was not true. No one came to fix the TV. The internet we used was low. We are not happy about the hosts attitude!
ROThis is a great apartment, from many aspects: position overlooking (partially) the sea, large size balcony, really generous available surface and generally well suited with kitchen stuff and very clean.
The first negative aspect of the experience was the fact that we had to wait for almost an hour outside the building to get our keys. Despite the fact that we have announced our tentative arrival hour, the person designated by the host was late. Even though we were speaking the same mother tongue as the host, she was very expeditive and closed the call in our phone several times... pretty unprofessional. Then, after a while, the electric connection of the water boiler got broken and we remained without hot water; fortunately, this time the host was good communicator and fast in triggering the technical guy to repair it. Finally, we found the double bed partially broken, as if no one ever checked it between 2 series of guests :( No complaint was made this time because the perspective to solve it were low...
GBThe size and the location was perfect very close to the beach, there is free car park next to the property. The terrace is good size with sea view. There is good size Tv and internet connection.The host acted quickly for some issues with bathroom and was sorted immediately.
There was missing some small facilities like toilet paper, soap, liquid dishwasher, sponge to wash your dishes. It wasn’t nice on your holiday to go and but those stuffs, they don’t cost a lot, so I think this is normal for the host to provide them. Hoover to clean the sand after you are coming back from the beach, although the were a broom. Also the flat floor wasn’t cleaned properly.
