Price/"sea views" ratio and price/"vicinity to the beach" ratio is amazing. Fair price in comparison to other locations. Very good amenities and kitchen equipment.

Small things like leaky shower head, loose bathroom faucet, not working kitchen hood vent. Slightly worn out floor from not caring visitors. But nothing serious affecting your vacation.

The apartment was great, very spaceful and modern. With all necessary devices for living (hairdryer, toaster,coffeemaker, heater ,fridges and etc) The great number of towels, which makes the vacation more comfortable . The location is reaaly nice and amazing. The view out of balcony is breathtaking. Every morning was fantastic with the morning cup of coffee. Close to it, there is supermarket with all needs. Also, you need 2 minutes to go to the beach. This one is really big, clean enough, soft sand and fantastic landscapes. The person who accompanied me, Stella, helped, chatted for all necessary questions.In September, it wasn't many people, so vacay was out of loud noises and crowds. The sea was really warm and just a piece of pleasure

The cleanness of the apartments, it was some dirty Also, the state of furnitures - somewhere it was broken or scratches with sharpy areas Some pieces of furnited, are needed to be replaced. There is no taxi, as I understood. So was little hard to get to the Apartments and get out of it. The Byala city has montenuous surface with ups and downs and its hard to go with suitcase. The rest ones were perfect!)

The view from the window and sound of the sea made us super relax. The room had all necessary facilities for comfortable stay. I'll recommend this place to my friends

The shower curtains made us crazy ( the water was everywhere) and the bad mop didn't help us to clean water after a shower.

We loved staying at Silver Beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The sea view was perfect. We got exactly the unit we booked. We were particularly impressed by the staff - Plamenna, who answered messages very promptly, Stela, who was extremely helpful with everything we needed, Boyan, who took us to the bus station on time, while driving safely and with an almost permanent smile. We don't know his name, but we were also very warmly welcomed by the security guard in Byala Vista Apartments, where we picked up our luggage at the end of our stay. Many thanks to everyone for being so, so welcoming and helpful.

1. The company manages Byala Vista Apartments and a few units in Silver Beach. There is unfortunately no reception, so if you arrive very early in the morning, there is nowhere to leave your luggage until checkin. We were very well accommodated with this request, but it would be great to have a smoother process for this scenario, that is comfortable for the guest and doesn't require waiting around the complex and calling staff before they actually start work. 2. The boiler was leaking a bit. 3. The shower drain was quite slow. Overall, great value for money and hats off to all the people we met. You all made our stay in Byala so much better. Thank you!

Very difficult checking in and checking out. Despite of informing host on my exact arrival time and receiving the confirmation from the host I surprisingly receive phone call from lady who informs me that nobody is on duty at property, and I should collect my keys in another place. She promised to send me instruction map that would help to find the necessary location, but I received nothing, only taxi driver who speaks Bulgarian can solve the issue. The same situation with check-out - I even not been instructed where my keys should be dropped. Host behaviour for checking in and checking out procedures was non-responsible. The reply to my review published by host Stella is unsatisfactory. She has not call taxi driver - because she did not know him - I hired taxi in airport by myself - that was my idea to ask taxi driver to call Stella. That is simply not true that I didn't answer to Stella's calls. Thanks God taxi driver helped me to resolve the situation, Stella knew exact time of my arrival well in advance and confirmed it. But at the day of arrival, she decided not to meet me at premises and put me into quest. She also completely forgot about check out - I received her question "Where are room keys?" only when I came back to Vienna. Dear Stella , you need to improve your way of doing business. Also let me join comments by others and confirm that renovation and cleaning for the room are very desirable.
