There's a washing machine and the studio was clean.

There's no parking. It's misleading to say there is. You literally have to drive around and hope you can find a space on the street that's free and safe. The mattresses are rubbish. You can feel the springs. Even the pillows are like bags of cement. Sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. Even though I wore earplugs, I was woken every night by people shouting in the street until 2am. I cannot recommend that anyone stay here.
