The apartment, the Host, the location. It is situated at the end of the main walking area in Burgas - close to food stores, and all the fun places downtown.

Great location, comfortable stay, you have everything you need

there were traces of a leakage on the ceiling and the wall and some mold just above the bed, which can be a problem especially if you are a person with allergic asthma like me

I rate the accommodation very well. The owner is very nice, very nice and helpful. Clean and cozy. The location is excellent - close to everything. Communication on WhatsApp is perfect. I will definitely come back here more than once.

The elevator was small :)

Nice clean apartment on top floor 😊 with a view, welcome candy, shower gel and nice clean towels. Also, toilette paper provided, which might sound trivial, but is not a given everywhere ;) The host was very easy to contact via the Booking platform and quick to respond to any inquiries. The location was very good for us. Close to downtown (5-10mins walk), fairly close to the beach (15 mins) Our travel was not only a beach vacation and proximity to the beach (aka visible from the aptmt) was not a necessity. The place is also close to all main transportation means (train station, inter city bus terminal - within 20mins walk). Wifi was working well and it was easy to get into the apartment with the provided instruction.

We had some issues with the air conditioner (AC) in the common area (kitchen/living room area). It was working upon arrival but stopped shortly thereafter. The weather was warm so if made it somehow uncomfortable because the window had to be opened now and then at night and the boulevard is fairly noisy. The host was very proactive, offered some advice and took an appointment with the AC company to look into the issue. Some instructions on the appliances would have been useful (we used the washer but had to go online to make sure to know how to use the machine).
