Samodzielny apartament, kompaktowy nieduży .Czysty . Czwarte piętro z windą . Winda bardzo szybka. .Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko centrum . Blisko basenu miejskiego Bregowy Spacerem bulwarem nad rzeką Trebisznicą jakieś dziesięć minut I tu i tu. Market Bingo i piekarnia lokalna z możliwością zjedzenia obiadu na miejscu .

Na minus brak kuchenki albo choć mikrofalówki, żeby przyrządzić sobie cokolwiek do jedzenia .
