位置很好，对面和旁边不远有便利店。走到大公园和步行街10分分钟吧。房间大，干净整洁。设施现代、齐全、完善、有2个卫生间，入住多人使用方便。房东好，细心，有求必应。主动提前联系我们，发信息告诉我们如何自助办入住及停车。停车位是地下车库，有专属停车隔间，只是下地库的车道略窄，大型车进出要小心。推荐来这里住，周围环境安静，进出公寓要用门禁卡，很安全，自助入住方式非常简单快捷。

"Cozy apartment with private garage"

The apartment is literally located across a road, opposite side of a Roman ruins and Plovdiv's main pedestrian street. The private parking is a plus, however the steepness of the slope and the extreme narrow tunnel maybe challenging for bigger car. My Hyundai Tucson can get through but I folded the side mirror for safety. Overall still manageable.

The unit is good. It would be perfect ( in future ) if the current smart TV can be upgraded to a Google TV with YouTube. However this is not a big issue as we didn't watch much TV after the tiring uphill Walk in the old town visiting the amphitheater.

Отлично местоположение; подземен гараж; просторен и топъл апартамент, удобни легла, две тоалетни; оборудвана кухня; тераса. Бихме посетили отново.

Апартаментът се менажира от фирма, която изпрати инструкция за настаняване на английски език, където не беше добре уточнено как се отваря входната врата на жилищната сграда. Но получихме съдействие по телефона.
