Communication was great and the owner allowed us early check in which we really appreciated. We stayed nearby in another booking.com apartment which was very luxurious so it ruined us a little for any other experience after that. Having only one set of keys is a nuisance it means we can't go out separately to different locations as someone is always locked out.

The bedroom felt a bit like a storage room for carpets and surplus belongings. The cupboard was hard to use as the doors were sticky and so we didn't unpack and consequently our stuff was everywhere and it was hard to settle in. Just small things that would make a different if improved.

This was such a lovely experience. I was a bit tired from travelling and was hoping for a quiet and relaxed place to spend the night in. I found that and more! The communication regarding the booking went smoothly from start to finish, which was great. The lovely lady running the place did not speak English but she had impressive Google translate skills :) The appartment was very clean and well equipped and definitely excellent vaue for money. I had a great night of sleep and was then ready to explore the city afterwards. The old city & bridge were very close (10 min by foot), which was great! I also got some good restaurant tips from the owner. All in all, a great experience!
