Apartment has a large living room

The apartment is very near Sarajevo East bus station but is a 10 km tram ride to Central bus station. As it's on an upper floor and faces south, it's extremely hot, especially at night. No air con or fan supplied. Microwave broken and has to be turned on with pliers. Lots of owners' bits and pieces around and place looks in need of 'refreshing'. Rather disappointing.
