Всичко беше чудесно! Апартамента е чист, просторен, има всички удобства, домакинът беше много мил и вежлив! Ще посетим отново!

Зручна локація. Гарний краєвид на море.

Шум від дороги.

Апартаменти зручні, на кухні є все необхідне. Кондиціонери в залі та спальні. До моря 5 - 7 хв. Прибирають та виносять сміття кожен день. Супермаркети поряд. Смачна пекарня через дорогу.

Перебої з інтернетом.

Много чисто, отлично местоположение, всички удобства

The apartment is well placed on the main road in Sveti Vlas, next to markets, restaurants, at ground floor is also a pharmacy, but close to the beach (5 min walk, and trust me, there are 5 minutes). The view was really nice, we had partially view of thesea and old town Nessebar. The apartment is quite spacious, with one bedroom, and open space of livingroom and kitchen. The couch in livingroom is extendable, so 4 people can accomodate with no problem. Inside you have all the facilities that you need: kitchenware, washing masine, big fridge, stove, big oven, dryer for towels and swimsuits, hairdyer, even iron board and clothes iron. Mirko (I think the administrator) was super nice and all the small problems were resolved in short time. I recommand the unit, because you will have a pleasent stay.

It was a little bit noisy the backgound noise from the neighbors and not because the did parties, but because the walls are thin😅. If it's quiet, you can hear when one door is closing, or one of the neighbor is sneezing. But, it is not a problem from the unit, or from Mirko. You can survive, just it's a heads-up...

Très bel et grand appartement (1 chambre), très bien équipé (machine à laver). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, nous avions un logement avec 2 balcons avec vue sur piscine dont 1 avec vue sur la mer. Emplacement idéal à 5min max de tout : commerces, plage, restaurants, marina ... . On peut ne pas toucher la voiture du séjour. Calme durant la période où nous y étions (mi juin). Hôte très agréable, souriant et disponible. Nous recommandons fortement
