Maison Grand Place Studio 5

This property was a perfect spot for couple! The view so amazing (morning and night) and very good location with many attractions. Very professional and fast response from the host.

Great location, clean room, well-equipped, considerate staff.

The number of electrical sockets isn’t enough.

My stay was amazing and will definitely stay here again when I am back in Brussels. It was very easy to enter the appartment using the very clear instructions and video's. I had once an issue with entering but luckily I was able to concact someone quickly. The pull out bed was suprsingly comfortable and the view is spectacular.

The only thing is that there is water damage from a leaking window in the bathroom. Minor issue.

The flat is exactly as pictured. The location couldn't be any better and the view is spectacular. Incredible stay, I'd book it again in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect

The view and location in the Grand Place is spectacular. It doesn't get better. Very good kitchen facilities including a toaster and ample dish ware and pots and pans. Great bathroom. Check in with codes worked well.

The stairs to access the apartment are meant for fit people especially with baggage. There are three narrow staircases that go up three floors, down one floor, through a cafeteria area, and back up a third staircase. The apartment view is incredible but, if you are a light sleeper, the noise level of revelers will keep you awake til the wee hours of the morning especially in the weekend. Restaurants create loud notices in the morning. The sleeper sofa needs to stay open permanently as we were not able figure out how to close it. This makes a very small living space.
