Maybe a few more utensils in the kitchen, eg Bottle opener, salad bowl , better frying pan

Nothing, it is a slum, a rat hole, never go to this place. En français "c'est un taudis un trou à rat, n'y mettez pas les pieds".

I was shocked when I arrived at the place, a rat hole, a slum. I travel the world for business and feel so bad that this miserable experience happened in my home country. I mentioned a correct check-in time, but no instruction, no phone number to call. I was rigging all possible bells and a man came yelling at me and smashing the door in my face. The place is totally unsafe. Despite the 120+ € I paid, I decided to look for another place where to sleep. I finally got an e-mail with very complicated instructions how to get in. The parking is the street, I never would leave my car in that street!. I finally slept at an airport hotel. In countries where they check places offered for rent, they would never allow this place to be offered for rent.

The apartment was clean and cosy. The bed was very comfortable.

Seemed like a rough neighbourhood.
