Very nice, tidy, spacious apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, all necessary utensils, there were even spices. There were all necessary bathroom amenities. The beach is very close. Easy check-in and check-out. The hostess served wine, coffee and sweets - a very pleasant surprise. All of our questions were kindly answered. Excellent value for money.

A small note. The apartment is perfect for 4-5 people, but for 6 people, the small room with a bunk bed is dark and lacks fresh air. We also had problems with parking.

The spectacular view across the coast. The location making sightseeing of Vlanders and beyond so easy. The fact that every little detail had been thought through to give a home from home experience in the apartment and meaning we didn’t need to bring so much with us. The luxury furniture giving so much comfort. The gift of a bottle of Sekt was wonderful thank you.

The lack of guaranteed parking and not fully understanding what was legal parking and what was not- it was a little stressful finding a place every day, we had not expected that, nor did we expect to have to pay for parking., we thought the apartment had its own free parking. Going forward, perhaps for future holiday makers who don’t know Dutch well, or at all, perhaps there could be information given in advance about where to park on arrival and whether you have to pay or not. I wonder how easy parking would be at the height of the tourist season in the summer - we’d love to come back! We couldn’t get any English tea anywhere! PG Tips or Yorkshire Tea seemed non-existent!!!!! The Belgian version of “English Breakfast Tea “ just wasn’t the same! Honestly though - we LOVED all of it - nothing spoilt it at all😍
