Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, gut ausgestattet, das Zentrum von Sofia ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.

Die Verwalterin wollte das eigentliche Schlafzimmer nur gegen Verdoppelung des Preises öffnen! Das riecht sehr stark nach Betrug. So was haben wir bis jetzt nie erlebt. Die Wohnung wird irrtümlicherweise bei Booking als eine mit 2 Schlafzimmern präsentiert, in Wirklichkeit ist das eine 2-Zimmerwohnung ( 1 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche)

Private room and bath

Had a hard time finding the place. Had language communication issues. Lady very nice though.

We didnt like it at all. It was a fast decision because we had to sleep over night somewhere, and it was a cheap option and one of the few available at the moment. But we didnt know that it will be so bad in reality. More in the "Negative" option.

How I said, the apartment looks like one of a single old woman. It has lots of personal belogins and it's full of furniture and ornaments. It felt like we slept in someone elses house without a preparation before. Personally I dont believe this kind of accomodation belongs to Booking. The apartment was near clean - I mean not visibile dirt, but it had a personal smell, and the bet sheets were old and worn with lints, didnt look fresh, also they had the smell of the house. That was the sentiment of all the things inside the house, old furniture, old sheets, old pillows, that were used and washed thousand of times before. The living room sofa had an old blanket and you could see hairs on it. The towels were clean and nice packed, but it was the only element that looked like it should be in a room for rent. The kitchen cabinets that they are in an open kitchen in the living room, were full of pottery, crockery and cooking ingredients, even an old bread. As I said, like somenone left his house for a few days, and we came in his absence. They were toys, books and games for kids, but they were also incomplete, old, torn and dust dirty. Even if we had a child with us, is not a + to have used unhygienic toys through the rooms. Maybe for other people this is great having an apartament full of stuff. But for us, others were the expectances. I was amazed to see how many people left 10/10 reviews. Also we had to meet in person with owner/administrator to receive keys, and also had to meet when we left. Unfortunately, the owner didn't came at the hour I proposed, so we leaved, leaving the keys inside - the room has a pinpad acces door. We could pay by PayPal, another obsolete out of fashion method, when I could have just payed in Booking or by Revolut or other instant transfer app, I had to make a PayPal account and took some time.

Its a nice appartment, owner great and cooerative.

Just mind the parking if you are with the car. Its not realted to the owner nor the appartment itself but we got cap from our front bumper stolen.
