Apartment Top Location Botanic Sunny Terras

The location was ideal: a 20 minute walk to the center of Antwerp and there was a grocery store right downstairs. On weekends there is a market a few blocks away to find local specialties. Our host Arthur was extremely helpful and friendly with lots of suggestions. The apartment was well stocked. Wonderful balcony

It is on the third floor, up some steep and narrow stairs, so need to be careful on those.

The location was perfect in a quiet area but 10 minute walk to the old town and shopping. Lovely restaurants and bars locally. A supermarket underneath the apartment.

The entire apartment was amazing…we didn’t want to leave! The owners were so nice and gave plenty of recommendations. This had everything we could have asked for.

Nothing. The steps were a bit steep going up but once you go up/down once or twice you get used to them.

for me nothing. for elderly and infirm the steep steps up to the apartment would be problematic

Location is excellent, very kind, warm and considerate host, help us too much.

Arthur was an amazing host, with tips and help from before we arrived and throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble! The apartment was characterful, spacious, spotlessly clean and luxurious, we could have enjoyed much longer here. Brilliant location, great to have a balcony area for breakfast/sundowners! Secure storage room downstairs to keep our bikes and bonus of a brilliant mini supermarket next door.

Apartment is in an old building, 3 flights of stairs to reach the loft space, the middle flight is very steep with narrow treads, think about how much luggage you want to haul up there! (though Arthur helped us with ours). Street parking is not an option in this part of town, it cost us an extra 17euro per day at the local underground carpark.
