Огромен, просторен, чист апартамент. Леглата са комфортни. Лесна комуникация с домакина. Има всичко необходимо. Перфектна локация за нас - на 50-100 м от лифта за хижа Ястребец.

Не ни беше съобщено, че има огромен ремонт на паркинга на хотела и трябва да мъкнем багажа от друг паркинг........ но последствие домакина ни компенсира, за това неудобство.

New, nice, clean, comfortable and close to the centre.

The apartment is sadly part of a building that used to be a hotel but now parts of is are owned by private individuals or firms. The problem was that there’s a constant construction building at the front and too much dust. Also another issue - the breakfast in the hotel - apparently not many take advantage of of and all the fruit and fresh food were not that fresh.

Nice apartment in a good location just up from gondola base station. Clean with all the facilities we needed.

WiFi in building not the best but bearable

It’s warm, clean and a good location.

Paying €45 each time I wanted to use the pool was very strange. (Family of 2+2).

Clean. Equipt kitchen.

Bath has no water stopper hence it is not usable. Kids club open only on winter. Pool with extra charge and ot described in description. Sauna with extra charge. No supermarket at hotel. Need to go on foot or car. No 24/7 reception as described in apartment desceiption. Uncomfortable beds
