Spacious house, nice staff, good location

The building access is a bit complicated, common areas of the buiding are runned down

A hugely spacious, well appointed apartment. The floor to ceiling windows all the way along one wall give a great view of the busy multicultural life in the little square below, while also providing excellent soundproofing. You can sit outside on a little balcony in nice weather too. Upmarket bathroom with good shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was greatly appreciated - right next door, easily accessible, enough space for a fairly large car. (Beware some other listings who claim to have parking but basically want you to park on the streets where a residents’ permit is required - by contrast this one genuinely provides private parking right at the apartment.) Location was good for us as we wanted easy access to concerts at de Singel (10 min or so by tram) - it is in a residential suburb not the historic part of town now the trendy Zuid - but you can reach both areas with 25 mins walk or on a tram. Host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Recommended.

This was a very good stay and we were well looked after. As other guests have noted, sadly there is an unventilated chainsmoker elsewhere on the floor so the corridor is vile; so too is the foyer where nighttime brought a homeless person and daytime had a constant smell of soup cooking. However once you are through the door to the apartment this is mostly forgotten - there is so much space and light. Just occasionally the smoke stink reached the bedroom; the host has provided scented oils around the apartment which help to redress this issue. Checkin was ok after we worked around the host’s insistence that we join WhatsApp - not every guest wants to treat Meta as a trusted public utility - the host helpfully explained the arrival process over the phone instead, and all went well after that.

We couldn't turn on the heating. That's possible from oktober.

The location is good no need to taxi , car or any transport to the center The decoration was good and the facilities such as the jaccuzi was wonderful The kitchen was exceptional

As there is no AC , i suggest to install net in the windows or doors to protect us from the moscitos The drier of the washing machine need to cleane , maintenance aa there is bad smell in the drum The sofa in the living room need to clean up , it is dirty The TV remote controle in the bed room is not work
