Colorful 2BDR Apartment in the City Center

I made a booking for 4 persons and there were only 3 sets of pillows, blankets and towels. There is no way that this beds had clean sheets on because we found several hairs and stains in the beds, they looked and felt used, so three of us had to share the double bed and the forth person had to sleep on the couch, which was also drity! One of the towel was dirty with some fluid that looked like poop!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! The building is very old with no elevator to get you on the thrid floor!! which in general wouldn't be a problem but the entrace door of the apartment is a very bad surprise and absolutery not inviting! As soon as we enterted the appartment we were welcomed by a horrible smell which, as we found out a few minutes later, came from the leacking toilet, and all the smelly water was leaking on the bathrooms floor! I took severl pictures of everything to prove every word I say!!! There will be absolutely no next visit, I was glad when me and my family were out of there!!! The only reason I didn't ask for a refound is so you can pay something extra to the cleaning stuff!!! Thank you but NEVER AGAIN!!!

The bed was super uncomfortable. I stayed 2 nights and destroyed my back literally with the mattress springs First day we was reaching at 7 am , so for the 5 or 6 hours that we reach before the check in time we paid one extra night 50 € and then the last day the check in was at 11 am and we requested if we could stay 2 hours more because it was CERO degrees outside and they asked to pay extra 10 € In the other stays / apartamentos of our trip none of this happened. Not recommend

It would be better if they offer guests separate blankets. A coffee machine would deffinitely make the apartment really perfect.

Despite several pleas, the entry code was only provided after submitting passport details, which was awkward on a poorly lit pavement with a low battery. I could have submitted the details much more comfortably once entering the flat. The phone number provided didn't work. The front and flat door locks are difficult to open.

Great location, 10 mins walk to Vitosha Boulevard. Quiet location. Very clean and comfortable.

Wooden floor was noisy for the neighbours below. 3rd floor apartment with no lift.

Disturbing noise from the refrigerator, not enough cutlery. It is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Had trouble opening the building entrance with the key, as It took some shaking to find the useful position.
