ELIT 2 APART HOTEL

There is air conditioning in every room, it is very clean and it is well renovated with good utilities like washing machine and a microwave. The beds are comfy and large. The pool is large and clean as well.

Only one bathroom and it is quite small and the view is not the best but there is not a problem for us.

Apartment was spotlessly clean. Nadia was so kind and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for her. She was fantastic. 2 bedrooms was great.

Could have had tea towels and an iron, but no biggy

Everything was in order and what we wanted (pan, microwave, etc...), the lady of the house arranged. Thank you very much for a nice stay. The lady was very helpful.

The elevator in the common area would need repair by someone skilled. Elevator worked fine, but the screeching noises weren't the best. And for an idea, it would help to make a small layout of the accommodation, until the last moment we didn't know how it was laid out.

The rooms were clean and well equiped

*The hosts don't speak english so you will have to wing your way with understanding what they are saying(use google translate). The parking is near the hotel, but you can't enter from the parking lot in the hotel, only the owners can do that, you the client can not. So in order to reach the complex, you park it in the back, then go around the hole complex The rooms are comunist like, but the biggest dissapointement was the language barrier. Also, not to many parking spots, we ended up parking in the street, which don't even have proper lighting,they were pitch black. *The host was quite rude to me. He didn't speak on the phone, just text. I told him if the people he hired don't speak english, he could at least type a well defined messege with everything that we needed to know( how to get in and out of the complex, we don't have wifi, the parking situation, etc.).He instead decided to throw in my face how many languages he speak and started arguing with me by text..i didn't had the privilege to talk with him on the phone unfortunately. We had some family members that had difficulties walking. Despite this, we couldn't enter through the "king's owner entrance"..only the owners can do that.. We eneded up getting one additional room from a hotel nearby. Totally different experience from Greece where the client is king, here in Bulgaria client is trash apparently.They don't understand that they are owners because we as customers pay them..very rude people. *No wifi. *I wouldn't recommend staying more then 1 day here, and also taking into account what i said above. *The bathroom is really communist looking, not even a shower courtain

Beautiful place, close to all amenities, to the beach. Great facilities inside the complex

First of all, I would like to thank our host, who did everything she could to accommodate us earlier than check in time. It is a quiet place for a family holiday, quiet, no noise. Wonderful pool. Maintained, safe area. Air conditioning in the rooms, comfortable mattress in the bedroom, washing machine and tumble dryer. Everything is clean and tidy. The host responds quickly to all questions via booking message.

Our experience with the Elit 2 Apart hotel is more than positive. We would like to thank them once again for the warm hospitality. Excellent communication, excellent service. Starting from the apartment, it was very clean, contains everything that is necessary. The pool is wonderful and kids enjoed it. The complex also contains well-equiped store, mini restaurant with pizza, sandviches... There are two beaches nearby( Cacao and Hidden beach ) and they are located 5-6 minutes walking. There is also a main beach, which was our favorite. It is bit further, comparing with the above, but it is worth a visit. Good connection from the hotel to Nessebar, which you must see. It is an amazing place. We will definitely come again.

Wind can be a bit of a problem when it comes to Sunny Beach, but that's something we can't control.
