Niesamowicie klimatyczne mieszkanie położone w spokojnej dzielnicy Brukseli, w środku bardzo schludnie i czysto, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka, ale najlepsza jest możliwość korzystania z niewielkiego ale pięknego tarasu z ogródkiem. Bardzo komfortowe miejsce.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Ich war an sehr heißen Tagen dort - die Wohnung war angenehm kühl, und ich habe es genossen, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und ist sehr nett.

Die Straßenbahn ist im Schlafzimmer leicht zu hören. Ich konnte dort trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Wenn man zu dritt dort übernachten würde, übernachtet die dritte Person in einem Durchgangszimmer zwischen Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad.

La struttura si trova in una posizione scomoda, lontana dal centro, il che rende ogni spostamento complesso. Inoltre, non è presente alcun parcheggio gratuito durante le ore diurne: l’unica opzione disponibile è a pagamento, e nemmeno economica. Pulizia non perfetta, spazi comuni trascurati e camere che mostrano segni di scarsa manutenzione.

L’appartamento è grande e i letti sono comodi. Molto tranquillo il quartiere in cui si trova, facilmente raggiungibile con il tram. Facilità di acceso. Disponibilità per lasciare le valige prima del check-in.

Migliorerei la pulizia e la qualità degli asciugamani. Assurdo il prezzo extra per usare la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice. Mai successo in nessun alloggio.
